锉刀刃都要求高的硬度和耐磨性,在齿尖以下淬硬深度要求 >1mm。齿部应无脱碳层,柄部硬度< 35HRC,热处理后的畸变要求 100mm长度上<0.1mm。为防止锉刀淬火加热时的氧化脱碳,过去一 般在含有黄血盐的盐浴中加热,盐浴成分(质量分数)为:35%黄 血盐+15%碳酸钠+50%氯化钠。这种工艺为锉刀的发展做出了很大 贡献,但由于盐浴对环境有污染,目前日趋淘汰。现在已应用高 频感应加热和流态床通保护气氛加热工艺方法。锉刀的淬火工艺 为760~800℃加热,水淬。由于锉刀柄部硬度要求较低,因此在淬 火时只将有齿部分放入水中淬火,待柄部颜色变成暗红色时再淬 柄。锉刀在水中冷却到200℃左右时,取出在水槽边手工校直。操 作者只要准确掌握锉刀的出水时机,校直不成问题。 The blade of the file requires high hardness and wear resistance, and the hardening depth below the tooth tip is >1mm. When the file is cooled to about 200 degrees in water, it is removed by hand and straightened at the edge of the sink.
